A qualified and certified physician must evaluate the patient and say that they have one of the above-mentioned ailments. This particular physician must be certified by the Department of Health to administer medical marijuana on the patients.

Other qualities a patient must have to qualify for medical marijuana are:

1. The patient must be 18 years of age. If not, a guardian or caregiver must register on behalf of the patient and get approval to administer medical marijuana.

2. The patient must have one of the above ailments.

3. The patient must be the resident of the state in which they are getting registered for medical marijuana.

4. The patient qualifies to intake medical marijuana only after they are thoroughly examined and approval is given by a physician certified by the Department Of Health.

5. The patient must be under the care of the physician who examined and gave approval.

Once the patient qualifies for medical marijuana, they must get themselves a Medical Marijuana Identification Card. You can get this by visiting the website – My.NY.gov. You can get the identification card sitting at the comforts of your home.

All you have to do is access the medical marijuana database on this website, and upload your application. This application must include your name, date of birth, doctor’s certificate of recommendation, photo, address, phone number, federal registration number, and signature of your doctor.

Once you upload this application, you have to pay a fee of $50. At first, you will receive a temporary registration card which can be collected at My.NY.gov. You will get the medical marijuana identification card mailed to your home address.

Physicians Who Can Get You Qualified for Medical Marijuana

Physicians play an important role in getting you the official approval for medical marijuana. Although marijuana is illegal, a physician can make it legal for you if you qualify with all the above-mentioned qualities.

Your medical marijuana identification card will expire one year after the day your physician puts their signature on it.

If you are terminally ill, your physician can make your medical marijuana identification card stay valid till your last breath.

If you start feeling better, then your physician will recommend you to discontinue using medical marijuana and your medical marijuana identification card will no longer be active.

Therefore plan your home gym considerately, design it according to your needs, take brochures of different exercise machines and the effects they can create on your body. After doing this plan your budget and then go for purchase.

Buying second hand machines can be a good idea as they can also give you full reward of your spent money. Now you must know that what are the advantages of owning a home gym, go and plan one for you and start taking benefit immediately.…

For getting yourself into the shoes that fit you right, you need to keep the following pointers in mind.

Invest in brands: Branded shoes are expensive, yes, but they are expensive for a reason. Ask any professional trainer and they’ll tell you that the high cost of the shoes justifies the value you get in return.

Go for shoes with thick soles:

Most of the exercise regimes involve rapid foot movement and bouncing which is why you should always go for shoes which have thick soles and can cushion the impact of your fall and prevent any injuries.

Watch out for your foot curve:

A good percentage of people have curvy feet, that is to say that they the base of their feet have curves. While buying shoes, it is important to go for a pair the inside of which has cushions your foot curve or arch.

Some other tips

It is imperative to be mindful of where your feet fall while working out. It is advisable to work out on a soft ground rather than choosing a hard surface. Tie your laces real tight so that your shoe hugs your foot softy and completely.

Pushup Position Row:

To perform this exercise, you will have to come into pushup position with your arms straight and hands resting on small dumbbells. Spread your feet apart for balance. Tighten your abs and pull one dumbbell up on the floor and draw it towards your chest until your chin is above your back. Pause over here then slowly return the dumbbell towards the floor and repeat the exercise with your other arm. You can exercise while holding one dumbbell only and repeat it with other arm.

Leg dumbbell Exercise:

Stand straight with feet 1 and a half feet apart, holding dumbbells in both hands at sides. Bend down like it that your thighs become almost parallel to the floor but avoid knees to turn inwards. Keep in mind to keep the black flat while lower back will be slightly turned inside with head up. Now bend down and get back to the upright position and repeat it as many times, your instructor has advised.

Shoulder Dumbbell Exercises:

Stand upright or sit on a bench with arms fully extended down and make your back to rest in a straight flat position avoiding even a slight bend. Hold the dumbbells over the head, now lower them down slowly till your shoulders. If I will make sense in angle wise then consider it, when your arms are at 90 degrees, pull the dumbbells back to over the head and repeat the exercise.

Chest Dumbbell Exercises:

Lying straight on floor or on any bench with knees up in bending position and stretch your arms directly above the chest straight. Hold the dumbbells and move your arms exactly in the same way, then lower down the dumbbells back to chest in a controlled pattern. Push the dumbbells back to the starting position and repeat the same exercise.…
